Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance
Manage guest requests promptly and professionally
Implement safety procedures and fire alarm training
Perform repairs on HVAC systems and general plumbing
Maintain hotel outdoor and indoor appearances Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel maintenance preferred
Hands-on skills in carpentry and general repairs
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to perform manual tasks and heavy lifting
