Role Description

Coast Hotels is seeking a full-time Front Desk Representative for our on-site location in Canmore, AB. The Front Desk Representative will handle various duties including welcoming guests, managing reservations, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include maintaining the reception area,



ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
Robust Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and helpful experience for guests
Proven ability in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and multitasking in a quick-paced environment
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing guest inquiries effectively
Experience in handling Reservations and booking systems with accuracy
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus
