As Weston Consulting continues to lead in land use planning, we are on the lookout for an Intermediate Planner. This full time role involves collaborating on housing, commercial, and urban infill projects while conducting research and coordinating client meetings. You will also supervise junior staff, ensuring project success and fostering a cooperative environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Organize client and consultant meetings effectively • Assist in the preparation of planning applications • Research and analyze relevant files • Prepare documentation including reports and presentations • Support and mentor junior team members

Requirements: • Minimum two years of experience in urban planning • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree focused on Planning • Active OPPI Candidate Membership preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of Ontario's Planning System • Valid G-class driver’s license is advantageous
