Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to support early childhood education and caregiving activities. This role involves working closely with children, including those with disabilities, to foster a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers or caregivers in implementing educational activities and lesson plans tailored to young children’s developmental needs
Support children during classroom activities, ensuring they are engaged, safe, and supported
Provide care and supervision for children with disabilities, adapting activities as needed to meet individual needs
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom workplace




Support children’s social-emotional development through positive interactions and encouragement
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene
Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to promote a positive educational experience

Experience
Prior classroom experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Experience working with children, especially those with disabilities or special needs, is highly desirable
Background in teaching or early childhood education is an advantage
Demonstrated caregiving skills and patience when working with young children
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Passion for supporting children's growth and development through engaging activities and compassionate care

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
