Drive innovation at Mattel as a Development Program Management Lead. Manage the end-to-end execution of current toy development projects, ensuring quality and timeliness. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and being the linchpin between various departments, including Engineering, Design, and Supply Chain.

As part of Mattel’s Product Development team, you will utilize your project management expertise to ensure that every product meets high standards of creativity and excellence while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee product development programs from conceptualization to production
Create and manage comprehensive project plans with milestones




Foster alignment and decision-making across teams
Identify potential risks in design and manufacturing
Ensure readiness for design and production gate reviews Requirements:
Bachelor’s in engineering or related field
At least 5 years of experience in product development
Proven leadership in cross-functional project execution
Robust project management and interpersonal skills
