Duties
Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the counter and assist with their food orders
Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and give correct change
Prepare simple food items as needed, following safety and sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including food handling stations and equipment
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and minimize wait times

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, food service,



or restaurant environments
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus for understanding food industry standards
Effective communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
