The Permanent Part Time Registered Practical

You will be responsible for medication administration, care documentation, and fostering client independence. Your experience in Geriatric Nursing will be critical, especially in supporting your fellow caregivers and ensuring care plans are met. Key Responsibilities:
Administer routine medications as directed by the physician
Document client concerns and collaborate with Registered Nurse




Promote wellness and self-care among clients
Complete assessments and RAPS within required timeframes
Provide guidance and training to care workers Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse credential with the College of Nurses
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Medication Administration Certificate mandatory
One year of experience in Geriatric Nursing
