What you'll be doing:
Tracking & Tracing, monitoring shipments and relaying status to customers
Communicating with Customer Service Representatives and warehouse operations for order completion
Updating TMS with accessorial charges and ensuring the load is complete and accurate for billing
Assisting customers and other third parties with inquiries and problem resolution, escalate when required
Obtaining carrier packages and insurance/WSIB/etc.
Performing other duties and projects as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:
1 years of transportation experience




Robust written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational, time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills
Capable of communicating effectively in a concise, professional manner
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient working with MS Office including Outlook
Proficient working knowledge in ERP/TMS software
