The City of North Vancouver is seeking a temporary full time Physical Plant Maintenance Worker I to inspect, maintain and repair HVAC systems in municipal buildings. The role covers preventive maintenance and minor electrical/plumbing tasks, with duties including reading plans and documenting work. Requires related technical courses and RCMP security clearance.
Driver's license (Class 5 BC) is required. Hours are eight and a half per day, with compressed weekly schedule.
