The Engagement Advisor will support various events and coordinate efforts to connect municipalities with FCM’s national agenda. Key Responsibilities:



• Engage members with strategic advocacy and outreach plans • Organize and lead events to facilitate member participation • Identify opportunities to enhance municipal voices • Implement and assess engagement tools and strategies • Stay informed on political issues affecting municipalities

Requirements: • 3-5 years’ experience in engagement or advocacy roles • Proven project management and organization expertise • In-depth understanding of municipal governments and politics • Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement • Bilingual proficiency in French and English needed
