Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience

Northern Leisure Products Ltd. is a growing Canadian outdoor wellness company specializing in hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges and related products.

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day accounting and financial administration.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, accurate and comfortable managing the details while providing management with reliable financial information.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
- Prepare and submit government remittances
- Manage HST, WSIB and other required filings and remittances
- Perform bank, credit card and general ledger reconciliations
- Manage day-to-day banking and cash requirements
- Prepare and review regular financial statements and reports
- Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records
- Work directly with our external accountants on month-end and year-end requirements
- Assist management with cash-flow monitoring, budgeting and financial reporting
- Identify discrepancies and ensure financial deadlines and obligations are met
- Support general company administration as required

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of bookkeeping, accounting or financial administration experience preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with AR, AP and payroll
- Good understanding of Canadian payroll, HST and WSIB requirements
- Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Experience preparing or assisting with financial statements
- Solid Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills




- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize deadlines and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality

Accounting education is an asset; however, a CPA designation is not required. Relevant hands-on experience and demonstrated ability are more key to us. Why Join Northern Leisure?
