Responsibilities

- Building client relationships and trust to operate as mini-FD to several of our clients
- Preparing monthly management accounts and annual budgets
- Preparing reports and ad-hoc analysis to support decision making
- Engaging Partners on billing, credit control and drawings
- Preparation of draft annual financial accounts
- Build and maintain balance sheet monthly reconciliation processes
- Maintaining financial controls for client UK and overseas entities




- Maintaining Partner current accounts and tax reserves
- Helping select and set up new practice management systems and finance processes as new clients on-board
- Approving payments and transfers from bank accounts
- Handling accounting, tax, VAT and other finance queries

CandidateProfile

- Qualified Accountant with at least 3 year’s post qualified experience.
- Experience of working in an international and multi-currency environment preferred
- UnderstandingofLLPaccountingandamixoffinancialcontrol,reportingandoperationalfinanceexperience
- Excellent communication skills, gravitas and professionalism
- Flexibleteamplayer,capableofdeliveringexcellentworkinafastpaced,multi-clientenvironment
