The clinic operates within a multidisciplinary healthcare centre offering several complementary services under one roof, creating a convenient and cooperative environment for both physicians and patients.

Position Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Physician looking to establish or grow a community-based practice within an established Family Health Organization.

The opportunity offers an estimated annual earning potential of $400,000–$500,000 based on approximately 1,200 rostered patients, with the ability to build a full patient roster in under 12 months.

Physicians will have flexibility in structuring their schedule while benefiting from a turnkey clinical environment and extensive administrative and operational support.





Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary and preventative care to patients across a broad range of ages and healthcare needs
Diagnose, manage and monitor acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop long-term relationships with a growing roster of patients
Coordinate care and referrals with specialists and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Participate in the Family Health Organization practice model
Work collaboratively with the broader multidisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree
Licensed or eligible for licensure to practise medicine in Ontario
Family medicine training and appropriate Canadian certification or eligibility
Strong commitment to patient-centred, longitudinal care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in establishing a long-term community-based family practice
