What You’ll Do
Deliver an emergent curriculum tailored to each child’s unique development and learning journey
Maintain accurate daily documentation, including progress reports and attendance records
Support children’s emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioural development in a nurturing environment
Collaborate with external professionals (e.g., Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists) as needed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including classroom ratios




Participate actively in team meetings, career development workshops, and classroom transitions

What You Bring
Valid Nova Scotia ECE License
Transparent Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (Level B or C)
Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 45 lbs
