Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand testing objectives and acceptance criteria.
Design, prepare, and execute Functional, System Integration, End-to-End, and Regression test cases for releases and enhancements.
Validate application functionality against business requirements, identify and track defects, and verify fixes through retesting.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support UAT activities.
Prepare test execution reports, communicate testing status, risks, and defects, and ensure quality standards are met before deployment.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Key Skills: Functional/Manual Testing, Test Case Design & Execution, Regression & Integration Testing, UAT, Defect Management, JIRA, Azure DevOps, SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum.

Positive to Have: API Testing, SQL, Insurance/Financial Services domain experience, and Test Automation exposure.
