ESTIMATOR – CONSTRUCTION

Experience: 5–10 years

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $70,000 – $110,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Infraestructure Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of estimating experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of project costs, materials, labour, subcontractors, and project requirements.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for construction projects
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents
Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates
Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
Review project requirements and identify potential costs and risks
Prepare bids and proposals within required deadlines
Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and management
Maintain accurate estimating records and pricing information
Assist with budgeting and cost planning throughout the project
Ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and submitted on time

Qualifications
5–10 years of construction estimating experience




Strong knowledge of construction materials, labour, and project costs
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with estimating and construction software
Valid driver's license is an asset
