We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, ensuring exact craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. Your expertise will help transform spaces, delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.

Duties
Measure and prepare surfaces for flooring installation according to blueprints and project plans
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and secure flooring materials such as tile, hardwood, laminate, or vinyl
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to ensure accurate placement
Lay tiles, hardwood planks, or other flooring materials with precision and attention to detail
Apply caulking or adhesives as needed to ensure seamless finishes and secure installations
Perform surface preparation tasks including leveling, sanding, or patching subfloors to create optimal installation conditions




Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship

Requirements
Proven experience in flooring installation, or related construction work
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, chisels, saws, and trowels
Solid knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
Background in carpentry or handyman work is highly desirable
Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
Familiarity with caulking techniques and surface preparation methods
Construction experience with a focus on precision and safety standards

Pay: $23.06-$35.92 per hour
