Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to inspire language learners and foster their confidence in communicating effectively. Responsibilities
Develop and deliver interactive ESL lessons that cater to varying proficiency levels and learning styles
Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and builds confidence
Assess student progress regularly through formal and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback
Incorporate multimedia resources and creative teaching methods to enhance language acquisition
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices




Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and student progress reports
Support students with special educational needs by adapting instructional strategies as needed

Requirements
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate effective communication with diverse student populations
Proven classroom teaching experience, preferably with ESL or language learners of different ages and backgrounds
Strong communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students
Knowledge of classroom management techniques that foster an inclusive learning setting
Experience working with students requiring special education accommodations is a plus
Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications in ESL or education are preferred
Passion for helping others succeed and a proactive attitude toward professional growth

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
