Join Fraser Valley Child Development Centre as a Facilities Coordinator. This role focuses on building operations and project management in Abbotsford, BC. As the Facilities Coordinator, you will report directly to the Manager of HR & Operations and be responsible for the operational and maintenance needs of multiple FVCDC facilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building repairs and a commitment to safety protocols while managing contractors and service providers. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee facilities requests via the helpdesk system
Inspect buildings for maintenance and safety concerns
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Liaise with property managers and contractors for services
Manage planning and execution of facilities projects Requirements:
High school completion or equivalent
Two years in commercial or institutional building operations
Certificate in Facility Management or related field
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence
