The Internal

Investigator will work independently to conduct in-depth investigations into employee misconduct while preparing comprehensive reports for administrative consideration. This position interacts with a variety of stakeholders, providing critical insights aimed at resolving conflicts and enhancing departmental performance through training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations of employee violations and behaviors
Create detailed reports for decision-making purposes

Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders Requirements:
Associate's degree in a relevant field
Three years of substantial investigative experience
Five years in handling complex workplace issues
