Location: Etobicoke, ON

Compensation: $90,000 base salary plus bonus An established Italian restaurant is seeking an experienced chef who takes pride in exceptional food, consistent execution, and a well-run kitchen.

What you’ll do
Prepare and present Italian dishes to a consistently high standard.
Lead the kitchen team during service.
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Manage preparation, inventory, and food waste.
Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and menu improvements.

What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Excellent organization and the ability to perform under pressure.
A cooperative approach and a passion for hospitality.
Knowledge of Ontario food safety requirements.
