Reporting to the Executive Director, you are responsible for assessing residents and developing personalized care strategies. You will implement and monitor therapeutic services that promote independence in daily activities. A focus on ethical practice and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is vital to this position. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy to residents
Develop, implement, and assess care plans tailored to individual needs
Document all relevant therapeutic interactions and progress




Participate in Resident Care Conferences and evaluations
Promote an setting of comfort, safety, and respect Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy, licensed with the provincial body
At least two years of experience in a clinical setting desired
Robust documentation and assessment skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
