Job Overview An established casual fine dining restaurant in Lakefield is looking for an experienced Chef to join our small, close-knit team.

This is a year round position offering approximately 36 hours per week, worked over four days, Wednesday to Saturday.

We are looking for someone with a minimum five years professional kitchen experience who is confident working in a casual fine dining environment and takes pride in the food they prepare.

As we are a small restaurant , with a small team, the successful candidate must be comfortable working in a close quarters where everyone works together and reliability is extremely important.

The ideal candidate will be:
An experienced Chef with a minimum five years skilled kitchen experience
Reliable, dependable, and committed to their scheduled shifts
Creative and passionate about producing consistently high quality food




Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the kitchen
Comfortable working as part of a small close-knit team
Be organized and able to manage preparation and service effectively
Experienced in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
A positive team player who works well with Front Of House, staff, and management
