This position calls for an accounting qualified with over five years of hands-on experience, especially within startups.

You will work collaboratively to improve bookkeeping practices, perform detailed reconciliations, and support payroll and tax compliance. A solid understanding of accrual accounting and QuickBooks Online is vital for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoice processing and accounts payable activities
Assist in shared invoicing and accounts receivable tasks
Complete journal entries and maintain daily transactions
Conduct detailed reconciliation of bank accounts
Facilitate payroll processing and contribute to compliance Requirements:
Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
At least 5 years of proven bookkeeping experience
Understanding of ASPE and double-entry systems
Strong skills in QuickBooks Online and Excel
