ILI is looking for an Expert Salt Truck Driver to contribute to winter maintenance efforts, operating heavy machinery to keep commercial spaces secure. This role includes working in challenging weather conditions. We need a skilled operator with experience in winter maintenance to assist in maintaining large parking lots and walkways.

Responsibilities include applying salt and other products efficiently, monitoring site quality, and addressing challenges presented by winter weather. You'll also aid in refueling and data tracking tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Operate trucks and related equipment during the winter
Apply snow melting products to cleared areas
Monitor conditions for proactive responses
Perform equipment maintenance as required
Track service quality and response metrics Requirements:
Preferred 2 years of machine operation experience
Minimum 1 year experience with salt trucks
AZ/DZ license advantageous
Ability to work both alone and within a team
Must be reliable and available for on-call winter duties Use your skills to excel in effective winter maintenance with ILI, ensuring safety for clients and the public.
