Be a pivotal leader at St. Joseph’s Hospice as the Director for Community Development and Fundraising. This hybrid position champions community engagement through effective fundraising strategies. In this key role, you'll report to the Executive Director, overseeing a four-member team targeting an annual revenue of $1.6 million. Your expertise will drive major gifts fundraising and enhance community relationships, elevating the mission of St. Joseph’s Hospice. Key Responsibilities:
Create strategies to secure major gifts and cultivate donors
Lead marketing and communication initiatives for outreach
Establish systems for effective project management in development
Execute signature events ensuring target revenue achievements
Collaborate with volunteers and stakeholders for successful events Requirements:
Minimum 7 years in major gift fundraising roles
Experience leading a fundraising team for at least 3 years
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
Solid communication skills and relationship management
