Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive questions or concerns
Provide detailed product and service information to help customers make informed decisions
Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance or safety, boosting customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments for services, parts, or accessories
Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to relay customer needs and ensure timely service delivery
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales, and service history
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Qualifications
Previous dealership experience is highly desirable, showcasing familiarity with automotive sales and customer interactions
Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience helps in understanding vehicle issues and explaining solutions effectively
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
Ability to upsell products or services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency
Experience with cash handling and basic point-of-sale systems ensures accurate transactions
Knowledge of automotive repair processes enhances communication between customers and technical staff
