We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This position requires strong communication skills, a knack for data entry, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

Run the day to day administrative operations at our barrie location

Sent quotes talk to incoming customer help load pick up orders key holder.

work directly with the muskoka HQ to complete tasks.
Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication, both in-person and over the phone.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Analyse customer feedback and service requests to identify prospects for upselling additional services or products.
Collaborate with sales teams to support promotional efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.




Maintain organized documentation of all service-related activities for future reference.

Qualifications
Proficient in English
Solid phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is desirable.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous.
