Serve as a Drug Access Navigator at Michael Garron Hospital, responsible for facilitating medication reimbursement for renal and oncology patients. This pivotal role will involve collaboration with a range of healthcare specialists. In this position, you’ll report directly to the Clinical Manager, Pharmacy.

Your main task will be to coordinate medication access programs, review patients' medication histories, and provide comprehensive advice to families and caregivers. Utilizing your healthcare background, you’ll engage effectively with governmental and community partners to navigate financial assistance avenues. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and facilitate access to medication reimbursements
Review medication histories to ensure accuracy

Minimum 2 years as a drug access facilitator
Registered healthcare skilled in good standing
