Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles to transport clients, staff, or goods across designated routes and schedules
Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and loading or unloading luggage or cargo as needed
Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle through regular inspections and reporting issues promptly
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every trip
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, or team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance logs for compliance and reporting purposes
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, attentive,
and responsive to passenger needs
Requirements
Proven experience working with children or in senior care settings is highly desirable
Multilingual abilities; fluency in Spanish and English preferred to serve diverse communities effectively
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus
Robust communication skills to interact clearly with passengers and team members
Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance awareness
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Ability to teach safety procedures or provide guidance when necessary
Writing skills for completing logs, reports, or documentation accurately
