Greet patients and manage their check-ins efficiently
Perform pre-testing to support complete eye care
Coordinate clinic appointments and manage payment processing
Assist with eyewear pickups and repairs
Provide exceptional service to ensure positive experiences Requirements:
Previous retail experience is preferred
Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-tasking setting
Proficiency in technology, including MS Office
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
