What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and property managers
Identify and pursue current business opportunities in the commercial sector
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and solutions tailored to client needs
Conduct site visits and collaborate with our operations team to ensure project success
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Represent our company with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in commercial sales (HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industry preferred)
Strong understanding of commercial systems and project scopes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills




Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively
Valid driver’s license
