Play a vital role in driver assessments with Serco Canada as a Driver Examination Specialist. Provide quality service and ensure successful driving evaluations. In this role, you will evaluate applicants at G2 and G levels and, if qualified, M2 and M class evaluations.

Robust skills in customer interaction, driving knowledge, and effective assessment techniques are essential. You’ll guide applicants through the examination process, delivering both feedback and license information to enhance their driving skills. Key Responsibilities:
Assess driving abilities during road tests
Deliver explicit information on licensing procedures
Evaluate compliance with driving regulations
Provide constructive feedback on driving performances
Safeguard health and safety standards during tests Requirements:
Valid Class G driver’s license for Ontario
At least four years of driving experience
Robust customer service history (2 years minimum)
Knowledge of driving laws and examination standards
