Join our dynamic team as a Drillers Helper and be a vital part of the drilling operations that power energy and construction projects. In this energetic role, you will assist experienced drillers in preparing, maintaining, and operating drilling equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency at every step. Your hands-on contribution will help drive successful projects in the oil & gas, construction, and horizontal drilling sectors.

Duties
Support drillers by handling tools, equipment, and materials needed for drilling operations
Assist with setting up and breaking down drilling sites, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
Help inspect and maintain drilling machinery, including mechanical components, to ensure optimal performance
Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to transport equipment and supplies around the site
Aid in the preparation of drill pipes, casings, and other materials required for drilling projects
Follow instructions from senior team members to ensure smooth workflow during horizontal drilling activities




Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working workplace

Skills
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to assist in equipment troubleshooting and basic repairs
Construction experience or familiarity with construction site procedures
Prior experience or understanding of oil & gas industry operations is a plus
Valid forklift certification for safe operation of material handling equipment
Commercial driving skills with a valid license to operate company vehicles when needed
Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques and processes is advantageous
Solid teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills and attention to safety standards

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 65.0 per week
