Responsibilities
Perform tire repairs, replacements, and rotations on commercial vehicles using hand tools and power tools efficiently.
Conduct thorough inspections of tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation to ensure safety standards are met.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Assist customers by providing excellent service, explaining repair procedures, and offering tire maintenance advice.
Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle large tires and equipment during service tasks.
Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used for each vehicle.




Support general maintenance tasks around the shop or service area to uphold a clean and organized workspace.

Experience
Previous TIRE repair experience is A MUST
Hands-on experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems is advantageous.
Mechanical knowledge related to tire installation, repair, and vehicle maintenance is essential.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tire-changing equipment is required.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
Experience in sales or upselling additional services is a plus but not mandatory.
