No. 43 is seeking a dedicated individual for the Plumber/HVAC 1 role. As part of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of plumbing and HVAC maintenance tasks in a secure educational setting, working collaboratively yet independently. This role calls for a hands-on approach and previous experience with DDC systems. Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance tasks
Supervise uncertified workers as needed and document work
Order supplies and provide cost estimates for projects
Operate specialized plumbing equipment efficiently Requirements:
Plumbing Trades Qualification and Provincial Gas Ticket required
At least three years of HVAC experience required
Robust troubleshooting and independent working skills
A valid BC class 5 driver's license
