Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various in office tasks, supporting daily construction operations to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Qualifications & Experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
Must be able to provide own Personal Protective Equipment (hard hat, CSA-approved work boots, high-visibility vest, etc.)
Previous construction experience is considered an asset
Valid safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, First Aid) are considered an asset

Key Responsibilities
Assist tradespeople, contractors, and site personnel with various on-site duties as needed
Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools,



and equipment to and from work areas
Clean and prepare work sites by removing debris, hazards, and waste materials
Perform general physical tasks, including heavy lifting of up to 70 lbs
Follow all safety guidelines, protocols, and company policies on the job site

Requirements
Ability to work flexible schedule, including some weekend work as required
Physical capability to perform heavy manual labor and lift up to 70 lbs regularly
Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic with a team-oriented attitude

We offer competitive pay (dependent on experience) and a supportive work workplace. Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
