Duties
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients
Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting dealership sales targets
Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, maintaining accurate records and follow-up schedules
Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize customer value
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining features, and guiding clients through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm




Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and participating in promotional events to attract new customers

Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments.
Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow up effectively within the sales pipeline
Knowledge of automotive products, dealership operations, and marketing strategies is preferred
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers over the phone or in person
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for pricing, financing options, and deal structuring
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; dealership experience is a plus
