Lead the management of the eCommerce launch calendar
Coordinate launch timelines with Merchants and clients
Track project milestones and proactively address risks
Document launches and implement process improvements
Support customer service during peak launches as needed Requirements:
1+ years of project coordination experience
Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills
Hands-on Asana experience preferred
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
