Our clinics offer an upscale, welcoming environment designed specifically for men — featuring flat-screen TVs, refreshments, and expert care from start to finish. We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), erectile dysfunction (ED) treatments, and hormone optimization, helping men reclaim their energy, focus, and confidence.

We're growing rapid across Alberta and BC — and we’re looking for an Administrative Rockstar to help us build something special in our B.C. locations.

This job has the opportunity to be full time or part time.

What You’ll Be Doing
Greet patients and create a warm, professional, and confidential workplace
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and patient texts
Schedule initial consults, follow-ups, lab appointments, and treatment visits
Ensure all patient forms are completed prior to appointments
Follow up with patients who miss appointments or haven’t completed onboarding
Assist with inventory tracking and coordination with the clinical team




Help monitor leads through our CRM and support the clinic manager with daily operations
Track memberships, payments, and orders through our EMR and payment system
Support marketing efforts by helping manage patient referral programs and events

What We’re Looking For
Strong multitasker who can handle a fast-paced clinic environment
Friendly, warm communicator — especially over text and phone
Detail-oriented and tech-comfortable (bonus if you’ve used EMRs or GoHighLevel CRM)
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
Previous clinic or med-spa experience is a plus — but not required
