Rockland Ford is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Financial Services Manager (F&I; Manager) to join our growing team.

As a Financial Services Manager, you will play an important role in helping our customers complete their vehicle purchase while providing financing and protection solutions that meet their individual needs. You will work closely with our Sales Team, Management, Ford Credit, and other financial partners to deliver a smooth and professional experience from approval to delivery.

We are looking for a professional who combines strong automotive finance knowledge, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide customers through the financing and leasing process for new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Present financing, leasing, protection products, extended service contracts, and other approved F&I; products.
- Work with Ford Credit and other financial institutions to obtain competitive financing and leasing approvals.
- Review credit applications and structure financing transactions appropriately.
- Clearly explain interest rates, payment options, terms, fees, and contractual obligations to customers.
- Ensure all financing and lease documentation is accurate, complete, and properly executed.
- Maintain compliance with applicable Ontario legislation, regulatory requirements, lender policies, and Ford Motor Company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure an efficient handoff from the sales process to F&I.;
- Meet or exceed dealership objectives for finance penetration, product penetration, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Ensure all deals are funded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Protect customer confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information appropriately.
- Stay current with Ford programs, lender guidelines, financing products,



and industry developments.
- Assist customers with questions or concerns throughout the financing and delivery process.
- Maintain accurate deal jackets, records, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience as an F&I; Manager, Business Manager, Finance Manager, or Automotive Sales Manager is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing and leasing.
- Experience working with Ford Credit and/or major automotive lenders is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of credit applications, loan structures, leases, and F&I; products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and strong customer-service skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership and lender software.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English.
- OMVIC registration and compliance knowledge are required for the position, where applicable.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional who understands that trust is the foundation of the F&I; process. Pay: $90,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
