Sunshine Village is searching for a skilled Food & Beverage Shift Lead to deliver exceptional service at our dining venues. Your mixology expertise will enhance every guest's visit!

You'll be integral to the food and beverage operation, working alongside the F&B; Supervisor to ensure guests enjoy memorable experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass service, table management, and banquet support while adhering to safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: • Provide superior guest service and resolve complaints • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately • Upsell menu items to guests for their dining pleasure • Organize banquet event setups and services • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining spaces

Requirements: • Solid background as a Server in rapid-paced settings • Strong English communication skills, verbal and written • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Required ProServe certification • High school diploma or equivalent recommended
