Trifon’s Pizza is a casual family restaurant located in Canora, a small town in Saskatchewan. We are looking for a reliable Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

We are a family-style restaurant serving a variety of casual menu items. We are looking for someone with food service experience who can help supervise daily restaurant operations and work alongside our kitchen and service staff.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff
- Assign daily duties and organize staff workflow
- Assist with staff scheduling
- Train staff in job duties, food safety and restaurant procedures
- Ensure food and service meet restaurant standards
- Monitor food preparation, portion sizes and quality
- Ensure proper food safety, sanitation and cleanliness procedures are followed
- Assist with inventory and keep track of food and supply needs
- Assist with ordering supplies when required
- Handle customer concerns when necessary




- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work alongside team members during busy periods

Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Supervisory experience is an asset
- Reliable and responsible
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to supervise and work as part of a small team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available for varying shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
- Food Safe certification is an asset

Position Details
- Permanent, full time position
- 30–40 hours per week
- Hours and shifts may vary
- Day, evening and weekend availability is required
- $17.50–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience
