- Greet and assist guests during their visit
- Assist with inquiries and manage communication flow
- Maintain updated knowledge of services and events
- Ensure accurate processing of payments and cash management
- Document and report maintenance needs for the facility Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
- Robust math and organizational skills
