Join Our Custom Apparel Team!

Front Row Sports is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Production Specialist to join our custom apparel team. If you love working with your hands, take pride in doing quality work, and enjoy seeing a project come together from start to finish, this could be the perfect fit for you.

In this role, you'll be at the center of our production process — running our heat press and embroidery machines, sewing, weeding and laminating logos, and helping produce custom team and corporate apparel our customers are proud to wear. This is a quick-paced, hands-on position where attention to detail is everything — every logo and every piece needs to look sharp before it goes out the door.

What You'll Do:
Operate heat press machines to apply logos and designs to apparel
Operate embroidery machines and other production equipment
Sew and complete other hands-on garment work as needed
Weed and laminate logos with precision and care
Assist with general production tasks across the custom apparel process
Keep the production room clean, organized, and running efficiently

What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail — this is the most key skill for this role
Comfortable with hands-on,



repetitive production work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Prior experience with heat press, embroidery, sewing, or production equipment is an asset, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
Willingness to learn and take pride in the quality of your work

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
