We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook/Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented attractively
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests or servers
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards at all times




Collaborate with team mxspeembers to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service workplace
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Experience with fryers
