We are a growing financial services office seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This position combines client service, administrative support, and office coordination. Training will be provided, and there are opportunities for future growth in both compensation and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors
Answer incoming calls and make outbound client service calls
Draft correspondence and other business documents
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Support advisors and team members with administrative tasks
Assist with CRM and office management systems
Help maintain a clean, organized, and skilled office environment
Perform general office duties and special projects as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a related role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
Experience in financial services or wealth management is considered an asset
Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field is an asset
