The Cancer Care Education Program

Coordinator will develop and oversee educational initiatives for cancer providers across Manitoba. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, you'll manage the transitions of care and coordinate patient education materials with an emphasis on culturally secure practices. Your expertise in project management will be key in supporting efforts aimed at addressing systemic barriers to healthcare access. Key Responsibilities:
Direct planning and implementation of educational programs for providers
Lead quality control for clinical processes during handoffs




Manage educational materials from creation to publication
Coordinate grant submissions and report outcomes
Supervise and mentor the Community Oncology Program Education team Requirements:
Degree in Health Sciences, Social Services or Nursing
Minimum of 3 years project management experience
Experience in planning educational programs
Skills in data analysis and evaluation
Knowledge of health equity and anti-racism practices Drive impactful cancer care education and enhance patient experiences through responsible transitions of care at CancerCare Manitoba.
