Duties
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
Support the cooking process by following instructions from chefs and ensuring timely delivery of meals
Handle food safety procedures diligently, adhering to hygiene regulations and proper food handling techniques
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, and microwaves




Assist with stock management by organizing ingredients and supplies, checking for freshness and expiry dates
Support front-of-house staff with serving food when needed and ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt service

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols
Customer service skills that enable friendly interactions with guests and team members
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices in hospitality settings
Experience working in breakfast/ lunch
Robust communication skills to collaborate effectively within a busy team environment

Pay: $21.50-$24.50 per hour
