Partners In Credit Inc is seeking full-time collection specialists who can work in office for our Thornhill Office.

Experience not required
Contact clients via phone and email to collect outstanding payments.
Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with debtors.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using accounting software.
Analyze account histories to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve disputes and inquiries.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies during collection processes.

Qualifications
Proven experience in accounts receivable or collections.
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency with accounting software and data entry.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of financial regulations related to debt collection is an asset





Requirements:
This is an in-office position.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00 p.m.
One Late Night from 6:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m
One Mandatory Saturday per Month
Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
